Terms of Service & B2B Booking Policy

Effective Date: September 2026 | India DMC (indiadmc.shop) — A Unit of Kv Tours Private Limited

These terms govern all B2B ground handling agreements, FIT reservations, MICE events, and itinerary contracting between India DMC (A Unit of Kv Tours Private Limited) (Head Office in Delhi, India) and registered travel trade partners.

1. Quotations & Validity

All confidential net rates are provided in USD, EUR, GBP, or INR as specified in the proposal. Rates are guaranteed once a formal booking confirmation voucher is issued from our Delhi Head Office.

2. Payment & Remittance

Payments may be remitted via international wire transfer to our designated corporate banking accounts in New Delhi, corporate credit card, or authorized credit facilities as agreed in your B2B Partner Contract.

3. Amendments & Operational Flexibility

Flight rescheduling, domestic delays, and emergency adjustments are managed by our 24/7 Operations Cell at no extra administrative surcharge whenever feasible under supplier policies.

4. Jurisdiction & Legal Notices
